Some Dune Messiah news surfaced yesterday via Deadline. The newest rumor is that filming beginning in June. That would more likely mean a March-June 2027 release than a December 2026 release, but still in the realm of possibility. We are getting closer to some real concrete news breaking soon folks

I'm not sure why that post got such traction. It was quoted as "via Deadline" but Deadline posted it back in... October. Note the date in the screenshots here. And note the direct quote from Denis Villeneuve himself when you follow the actual Deadline article... Again from October. 👇
