It may surprise you to know that there are two Dunedin based providers (Netspeed and Unifone) who can offer as-good or better options than One NZ and who are actually helpful over the phone.

Simplicity is an excellent fund. It performs well but the really important thing is the low fees. They make a huge difference to what you end up with at maturity. You'll be needing that to pay your legal bills ;-)
