A substantial percentage of Siebel students these days are from outside the United States. Posts elsewhere have pointed out one of the reasons for the move is problems with potential students getting visas.

I'm pretty sure Bamforth said something similar. Along the lines of "if you make beer with a flaw, make sure the flaw is always there."
