haven’t you heard, jen? they investigated and figured out the root cause. sure, there’s been some illness, but increased absences are mostly due to a mental health crisis sparked by a bullying epidemic that for nebulous reasons skyrocketed sometime in ‘22 or ‘23 www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...

i hear you. i said “very few” in my OG post—but really it’s just me and my partner. we see friends strictly outdoors, 1 elderly family member indoors only after testing/isolation. anyone who’s COVID aware in our circle we’ve met since the pandemic and can only see virtually due to geography
