Worked at Walmart for 5 years before I worked in media. I saw a store manager tell an employee they weren't allowed to talk to a politician visiting the store, even though they would be off work. Totally illegal, but it's near impossible to stop. People do need to fight back anyway, but it's hard.

It's so hard to get employees to talk about anything out of fear of retribution, from my experience.

There are people who DON'T like that adaptation? I guess Keanu's accent isn't great but besides that? Masterpiece.
