did the initial cat introduction this evening, it went well! momo was very curious, zevo was a bit of a grump but not nasty, both of them carefully felt out each others' boundaries and we're going to be doing more intro work tomorrow. momo has revealed himself to be a complete ham.

Momo update: he's definitely coming out of his shell! wandering around the room all relaxed, learning to play, letting us brush an entire second cat's worth of fur out of him... my boy is becoming normal!

cat update: his name is momo (like the dumplings). he's so soft. he's not super chill with being touched yet, but is very relaxed otherwise. he will learn that all we want is to spoil him absolutely rotten.
