Impeachment! It's what's for breakfast!

We live in a country that has a Constitution in which there is a safety valve to eject people like Kennedy, along with his worm. There are articles of impeachment in the House against Kennedy right now. Call your Rep and demand that they support. Worry about what the Senate will do in its own time.

I agree. I admire Green for his courage and determination, but there are 100s of easily provable high crimes in plain sight to put into Articles. No need to use things that are subject to interpretation and argument.

Repeating that history with Bove is a great idea. We should keep flexing this impeachment muscle. Each time it will get a little stronger until the fear of using it is gone. Then the powerful tool left to us by the Founders will assume its rightful purpose ridding us of these criminals.

Rep. Thanedar is my hero. Hopefully this will lead to many more efforts to use the power of impeachment to rid us of the criminals who have crippled our government.

To @georgewhitesides.bsky.social. I am a constituent. I urge you to support this effort and make accountability great again.

The remedy for this behavior is impeachment. Every Representative should honor their oath, introduce articles and/or vote for impeachment. What the Senate does or does not do has no bearing on that duty.

As a first step, what about impeaching Thomas for bribery and corruption in the near term? The evidence seems to be there. All other "lawless justices" would have much less straightforward grounds and more partisan bickering about the definition of "during good Behavior".

13/ Step 9: Expand SCOTUS to match number of appellate courts. Pass legislation to restrict shadow docket.
December 8, 2025 at 7:59 PM
12/ Step 8: Congress to amend every law that grants emergency power to the President to explicitly restrict use without prompt congressional confirmation. Close every loophole identified by the experts [Heritage / Trump] to prevent a future President from following their playbook.
December 8, 2025 at 7:59 PM
11/ Step 7: Exec order: Trump's actions, taken as an illegit President under the 14th amend, were unconstitutional and illegal. Learn from an expert [Trump/Heritage] and swing the sledgehammer on pardons, restructuring, defunding, foreign policy, etc. Get it done in days. worry about courts later.
December 8, 2025 at 7:59 PM
10/ Step 6: Elect a Dem President in 2028. Primary qualifications: toughness and integrity. Devotion to rule of law and the Constitution.
December 8, 2025 at 7:59 PM
9/ Step 5: Both houses of Congress to pass resolution to "enforce" the 14th amendment's insurrection clause in accordance with the 2024 SCOTUS ruling, making sure that it applies to Trump. Have him escorted out. If that is a Constitutional crises, it's past due.
December 8, 2025 at 7:59 PM
8/ Step 4: Impeach Clarence Thomas for corruption and bribery.
December 8, 2025 at 7:59 PM
7/ Step 3: Do what is necessary to lame duck Vance from day 1, using the new House (Senate?) majorities after the midterms. Learn from an expert [McConnell]: "The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President [Vance] to be a [short]-term president" Kill any legislative agenda dead.
December 8, 2025 at 7:59 PM
6/ Step 2: Make a detailed plan for every step of the resurrection of the USA. Learn from an expert [Heritage] what a detailed plan looks like. Start today. Don’t call it Project 2028. 2028 is transient, just like 2025. Maybe Resurrection Plan?
December 8, 2025 at 7:59 PM
5/ Step 1: Impeach Trump. Conviction optional, but welcome. The picador drives the bull mad. The regime is tied up with response. The people are force fed the truth. The Dems enter the midterms not hating their own party. If it doesn't work 1st time, do it again. Also impeach selected minions.
December 8, 2025 at 7:59 PM
4/ Here's plan for people-driven cleanup. No Const amendments required, but it does require our Representatives to represent us. A pressure point must be found sufficient to overcome their donors and inertia. Seven million people across every district on the street 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 might work.
December 8, 2025 at 7:59 PM
3/ The Founders did not foresee simultaneous political leaders in the three branches (Presidents, Congress, courts) with no integrity, no conscience, and no shame, but with a toolbox of the deadly sins. Ready and willing to ignore their oaths. Checks and balances gone.
December 8, 2025 at 7:59 PM
2/ The Constitution isn’t dead, but bludgeoned onto life support by the President, SCOTUS & bad actors. Elected representatives watch helplessly. There are ways to save it. Nothing says we must kill the patient and start over after 250 years. Our challenge is not the patient, it’s the people.

It is a tale Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury
Signifying nothing.

(Not really poetry per se, but I think of it every time I doom scroll)

Amazing (not really) how a person with infinite power and no shame or conscience can barrage the world with evil and bullshit intil he wrests control from even the strongest narrative.
December 7, 2025 at 1:59 PM
I created a whole audio drama series imagining this very thing before Trump 2. The result was a pretty accurate fictional Trump 2 that never was. Simply because better people followed the Constitution.

To their eternal shame. They don't even try to explain the logic of this position to their voters, which is a tell that the reasons aren't good.
