Bit of a choppier start at PHL today after a few days of smooth sailing. About 14% of arrivals and 10.6% of departures delayed, with a handful of cancellations.

The charts in this story will update every hour until January, and reset every morning at 4 a.m.

Posting from X. Sen. Scutari has led a broad and successful campaign against transparency efforts in NJ for the last several years.

Another calm start at PHL, where most flights and airlines are operating on time this morning. About 87 percent of flights were on time yesterday.

We're tracking air travel at PHL amid the holiday travel surge.

No major disruptions to start the day!

These charts will update hourly throughout the Thanksgiving weekend and reset every day at 4 a.m.

Today I gave a preview of Scribe, a new tool I'm developing at the Inquirer to track, transcribe and summarize public meetings to aid local reporters.

Here's a slide from my part of a discussion today hosted by INMA, with the Inky's Kevin Hoffman, Matt Boggie and several other great presenters.

Very interesting to me that despite Duffy saying 6% cancellations will continue, delays and cancels at PHL appear to have fallen off significantly after a tentative shutdown deal was reached.

Updated my script that monitors NHL clutch scorers for the 25-26 season.

Dylan Guenther and Seth Jarvis have already potted 4 GWG in 16 games.

This is a chart about PHL. You could make it for most major airports in the US today. It is also a chart about politics.

I love this. All of the top names for specific-colored cats in Philly make sense.

And then there's Doug.

Analysis shows both NJ candidates are bringing in the majority of their donations from the wealthiest and whitest sections of the state.

Fascinating stuff on the money race in NJ from @joeyerardi.bsky.social, @aliyareports.bsky.social and John Duchneskie.

Firing this back up for the new season. It's a long year, but off to a good start for Jack or Jesper becoming the #NJDevils first 100-point player.

Was surprised by this disparity among immigration judges ruling on asylum cases, detailed in @joeyerardi.bsky.social's thorough look at asylum data in Philly.

The 50+ pt spread among judges interpreting the same laws is difficult to navigate, attys say.

I learned through the GOP map that Bramnick won one municipality. He swayed both voters in Tavistock. I would hope as a sometimes working standup he would find that kind of funny.

Tony and I put together a real nice story analyzing dew points and Philly's near historic mugginess.

It's the print headline that wins the prize for me though.

We're still seeking the author, but 👏
