Okay, this is cool.

Thanks. I know my mom will like it. She's known I'm making it for her, so she's seen some of the progress. Just not the final now that I'm done.

My mom does too. That’s why I’m crocheting her this.

Seeing as what got me started was that I worked at a fabric store and wanted to learn to knit, but mom only crocheted and that’s what I fell in love with… Uhm, usually I say to just start, but if you’re left handed, know that most of the time the stuff is just people flipping right handed videos.

I do cross stitch as well. My skill sets are: crochet, sewing, quilting, diamond painting (yes, I've done customs), latch hook, and cross stitch. I'm going to start to learn to embroider and am in the process of learning rug hooking.

We'll see, have to go through my stash of buttons to find the right one.

Well, the pattern I'm using has you stitch it on, but I plan to make an addition to look like the tack that's used in the show. I plan to find a button that I'll sew on to represent that tack. Better than adding a tack and I don't want to glue on felt.

That's the idea. I'm also in the process of crocheting a robot, but that one is only really four pieces to do. That robot is for my dad.

Well, we'll see what people think later. I may get yelled at. My mom's favorite color is purple, so instead of the pink bow on Eeyore's tail, I'll be doing a purple one so it fits her favorite (Eeyore's also her favorite).
