My partner's lovely Staffy Mabel is in need of some major operations on her legs or shes liable to lose the use of them in the near future. That's going to be expensive. Beyond being a beloved family member, she's important emotional support.I want to do all I can for her

While not quite Watership Down levels of "nature is kinda horrifying" its certainly gives it a shot.

Bonus points for Min-sik Choi as hot duck.

Space Quest 3 aged 8-ish. I think the frequent death scenes were the first time I realised blood and gore in games were a thing.

I'm currently in the process of burning down my twitter account. I saved a few of my favourite high effort, low engagement shitposts. I probably can't answer any of your questions

I just watched Tobe Hooper's Lifeforce for the first time, and folks, I don't think we talk about Tobe Hooper's Lifeforce nearly enough when it comes to things fun and pulpy

4. Bilkin's Folly
A puzzle game for folks who thought Monkey Island wasn't focused enough on the act of finding buried treasures, whether by coordinates and triangulation or riddles and vague sketches
Features some really lovely pixel art and animation, and Drayton, inarguably the best dog in games.

3.Teardown
Teardown is effectively a racing game. You're dropped into a voxel level and have unlimited time to build, drive and smash yourself an efficient path to your objectives and exit. The moment you touch your first objective you have 1 minute to collect the rest and get away.
Brilliant.

Currently really enjoying this.
It's an adventure game with gorgeous stop motion animated world and characters.
There's a gentle slice of life flavour to the writing. You maybe trapped in a sunken spaceship, but mundane life goes on, funny or melancholy or just a bit tired.

My forever game - one I can always throw on for a bit, explode, then go about my day. The chaotic nature of the random worlds, and interaction of fluids, fires, monsters and magic mean it always feels meaningfully different.

Always a new combination of wand elements to blow myself up with
