The world of Dreamland has become much more vibrant! Like many stages that made their Super Smash Bros. debut in 1999., the background was blurred. We've decided to add clarity with inspiration from official promo arts & the game itself. Even at night the scenery is amazing.

Colors, colors, everywhere! Captain Falcon, Shantae, Nega Shantae, & Snivy all have new & revamped alternate colors. Most are referenced to something. Ex: Falcon has Baba. Shantae has Madeleine. Nega Shantae has Badeleine. Snivy has Panpour.

The galactic atmosphere always changes. Artificial Sun is no exception. Showcased 8 months ago to celebrate the 40 year anniversary of Gradius, we made some changes for this upcoming stage. Moai, Vic Viper, & the hazardous fireball are visually improved to fit the scenery better.

Snowdin is a small winter town located in the underworld with many forests, cliffs, & rivers in the area. The bridge acts as a way to cross to the next location. However, reckless behavior destroys the bridge. Don't worry, the bridge rebuilds itself for patient pedestrians.

If you are going fishing at Green Hill Zone this weekend, be sure to avoid Choppers. Rods are not necessary as they vertically summon themselves from under the bridge water for lunch time. To ensure your safety, please visit Green Hill Zone during it's hazardless hours.

Little Mac will have you seeing stars if not careful. Crusade's Alt will have a new mechanic for his Star Punch. The stars in his HUD highlight after hitting his counter 3 times. Time it right & you will throw a knockout punch so hard that Donkey Kong's ancestors will feel it.

Also in his pocket are visually improved Rupees. They look nice & shiny, but there is a price to pay if one hits you in the face!

In the Mario series, Mushroom Kingdom goes through many visual changes. Crusade is no exception. Both hazard/no hazard versions of the stage now have a new, more lively background with other adjustments made. Different look, same challenges for our favorite plumbers.

When there is light, there is dark. Ztar debuts in SSBC! This dark, gloomy icon moves like the Power Star, but the effects are different. Collect one & gain 10% damage. If you retrieve one when you are 100% or above, its an instant KO. This new item oozes with sadness & regret.
