Hard to believe it’s almost the 3rd anniversary of the December 10th WKY EF4 tornado.
Areas between Mayfield & Benton were severely impacted and not talked about as much. EF3 to EF4 damage occurred through here with multiple homes leveled or slabbed. Some homes weren’t surveyed.

The Rozel Ks EF4 tornado from 5/18/2013. This tornado ripped a 1000 ton propane tank from the concrete foundation and tossed it 1/4th of a mile in the distance. DOW measured winds of >165 mph and was factored in the rating.
