Beyond other points, there are many places you could shop a film for distribution. Steam borders on the only game in town PC game storefronts, not quite but close. It's not like "Ah well try another place and hope for the best" it's "Well hopefully this doesn't kill our game and studio stone dead."

It is insane how much better SF5 started feeling in season 4 and beyond. Characters and systems wise. Gill and Seth please come home.

SFV with V-Trigger was one of the most infuriating videogame experiences I ever tried to learn.
SF6 with the drive system and three supers was was one of the most fun experiences I have ever had despite being almost equally infuriating in many situations.

It just feels awful either way. Could look for a secondhand PC or a business tower to try and spruce up but myeh. Feels weird doing that as a gift instead of my own personal tinker toy.
