I am willing to go the extent of saying the greatest loss COVID 19 inflicted was on South Indian music, with #SPB succumbing to it 😔

And #SpotifyWrapped2025 labelled me ‘Archivist’ for a reason! 😅

Melodies are my ‘go to’ genre, that too the ‘melancholy’ types. No surprise #SpotifyWrapped2025 put me into the ‘soft hearts’ club!

I am now on a 22 weeks streak, running at least twice a week. The typical activity session is a 5 km run + 2km walking. Sunday long runs are 'bonus'!
Hoping to sustain the streak.

I am not an expert & can't give authoritative advice.
I am reminded of the Malayalam saying
'പയ്യെ തിന്നാൽ പനയും തിന്നാം' (you can eat even a whole palm tree, if you go at it slowly). I started with short runs at slow pace, with gradual increments. I started running in '14 but has been consistent from Jan '24

Agree with you on the political angle - if someone moved to BlueSky to stay away from all the political drama, they were fooled. Only difference is that it is one sided on BlueSky.
I wish people kept both accounts & discussed science & Nephrology in BlueSky & politics in Twitter!
