I hate knowing about Eric Gill, because Humanist Sans is absolutely my favorite category.

What's with the fixation on 37?

It’s logistically complicated maintaining terrestrial servers; the idea of doing so in *space* is madness.

The problem of induction haunts us all.

It's as close an approximation for engagement as you can get without getting into eye-tracking or sentiment analysis.

Which is to say, it's a cheap (to measure) proxy.

Crazy example of media consolidation in mostly two cities.

Obviously I'm biased, but I sure miss when the bureaucratic assumption was that people would appreciate subsidies for green businesses rather than appreciate domestic pogroms.

Same style at least?

Is it a jab at Canada since he's a Canadian character, or is that beyond the depth of these people's attempts at official bullying as policy?

This may be among the worst things I've ever drawn but I felt compelled to capture the melting quality of the dude's whole… everything.

This is halfway to a cubano.

Maybe there are more DoD comms staff willing to actually comment as opposed to taunting reporters?

They certainly seem more able to get leaks.

I think there’s an inverse history of the State/city machines dwindling in power and the national parties growing more concrete.

The kind of retribution that is both cathartic, and (perhaps) necessary, doesn't really jive with the kind of moving on that I think the more bloodthirsty will be surprised to see as the majority of the citizenry.

I suppose that's why we have to hope to inculcate it in the elites instead.

Gender Euphoria is, perhaps ironically, gender neutral.
November 26, 2025 at 6:12 PM
What, other than social sanction, is do you suppose the available response if we believe that the anti-social outcomes aren't worth the tradeoff?

Like, it's not going to be regulation. The current admin *like* the obliteration of trust and reality. So all we have left is signalling.

I do think there's an interesting nuance between gambling qua sports-betting that's on your phone versus actually playing in-person with, presumably, friends (also contrasted against professional gamblers).

Like, having some friends over for poker is a trope for "dad" characters all the time!

“I have always… been rather lucky, when it comes to Go Fish. Hehm ha ha ha.” Humongous knew where to put the budget. Voice acting and incidental animation.

I dunno about Go Fish. Always a little winner takes all for a left interpretation.

Regime change but with no plans post-power vacuum. It's the W administration again but even worse this time.
