Absolutely agree — maybe it’s my age or maybe it’s my temperament but getting into Fandom Arguments just has no appeal to me.
When ask people what they like or if something has changed between entries in a series, it’s because I want to hear that persons opinion and internalize it!

I love this ox and many other things in bg3 *because* they are never fully explained. It gives me the feeling that we’re in a truly massive world and that while our story is Vital and Important, there’s infinite other strange and interesting stories happening all around us.
