Retired, grew up in Ireland and have lived in Melbourne for many years.
These revolting people have so many followers/supporters which is hard to fathom. At what point did we as a species stop moving from adolescence to adulthood! No wonder we’re in a mess.

Nothing but greed! Shame on those willing to destroy everything for money! Pretty sure that none of it will help the original locals up there.

It’s a crazy way to handle “the economy “ if that’s all that matters to gov & biz. The workforce constantly being ill won’t be good for the bottom line! We really are dumb, though I think Japan closed some schools and went back to wearing masks recently. Clearly their humans didn’t riot like some!

What do all 3 have in common?They’re all from Sydney.Is there something weird in the political class there?Apologies to all you other lovely Sydney folk as not meant as an insult to you.Glad we didn’t get the QLD bloke either. Perhaps someone from TAS orS.Aus may be a bit more person of the people.

Australia doesn’t have migrants come here as some benevolent gesture to humanity. We need migration so as to continue to function which is why the numbers will continue to be high even when lnp are in! The only “values” important to them is money. Oh, and tax dodging!

Tourists come to Oz to see our unique animals which provides lots of jobs in tourism, (Lots of beautiful beaches and cities elsewhere.) That industry needs to stand up to protect biodiversity and stop kidding itself that the Harbour Bridge will get people on a plane.The GB Reef is more important!
