This Thursday we’ve our carers chat - a chance to share experiences within a private group whilst the person you care for will be in the next room being entertained with friends. Age UK Oldham will also be available to give help and advice.

This week with Amanda from Empowered Conversations, we discussed taking some time to recharge our batteries. As carers it is easy to put your loved one’s needs before your own- but you need to take some time out for their own health and wellbeing.
