The headline is misleading, we should wait for the detail of the policy before making a judgement, I am not a supporter of the policy are my initial thoughts.

I am afraid Resident doctors have lost the support of the public, they should accept that things have started to move in the right direction with higher than inflation pay rises, as you know MP's wages are set by IPSA the Independent pay body, the sick will suffer due to this action.

I am sure that since there is now an 'ongoing investigation' ( Bill Clinton etc ) sadly no files will be released.

At no point have Labour said they will increase Income tax, this is a media driven Manifesto break and U-turn headline.

So the rumour of breaking their election promise on Income tax started by the media is not going ahead. I am sure the government look at many ways to balance the budget and will announce the result on 26th November, to present this as a U-turn is not a scoop but total fantasy.
