Oh wow I took a very similar Contra screenshot earlier this year and didn’t even know you’d already beaten me to the punch! This is my favorite NES palette I’ve come across in multiple games so far.

I’ll have to fire up the GameGear one but Power Rangers on Genesis surprised me quite a bit.
