Well it took a few decades but I finally have some #Battletech miniatures.
I’d always been playing with printed standees.
Interestingly the set I just bought (left in pix) is the same edition but quite different to the one I own.
But going to put together the minis tonight and get painting.

A couple of my Xmas purchases arrived earlier this week. OST v3 (Old School Tactical) by Flying Pig Games, and Modern Tactics Afghanistan published by Vuca Sims.
I had no idea how big OST really was! Both games are the same core system by Shayne Logan.

Some of my 6mm napoleonics.
Irregular minis, and mostly just tiny splodges of red, blue, skin colour, and black.
French flags were easier to hand paint to be fair. 😂
But with reading glasses and a cheap plastic over the head magnifier they went very quickly.🙂

Wow, it seems my time supporting Warlord Games is at an end.
I'll be selling the lot (I have many many more Warlord books and boxes, but these were just in immediate reach.
A shame because Priestly is my favourite wargame designer, but hey, I still have Warmaster.

Oldest pictures I have are probably from around 2000-2005. Opposite sides of same room. To the right of the consoles were my main computers but I can't find a pic of those. But I'm pretty sure there was a tower pc, plus a couple of Sun workstations in that era.

I think you're right.. it might be from a Plus4. I use it for my C64s.

After years of not having used my PC-Engine watching @rubbishheap.bsky.social made me dig it out. Lost video cable, ordered new one, grabbed spare guitar pedal 9v psu, and it goes!

Sadly #2 physical is US only, and a sub would cost US$29.90/mo (2/3rds is shipping), or about NZ$52/mo (I can't read emags).
