took responsibility for my own health
it's going better than the first 44y w drs
many of my complex chronic diseases/symptoms are healed/healing
it's a fabulous place to be when you're healing severe #ME as it affects every system of the body

there are better ways to get your protein like actually eating pumpkin seeds
