Built a Nemesis Dreadknight that’s no longer embarrassing to look at

Trying to paint for the first time since April and not gonna lie I am struggling. My hands feel so damn stuff and I’m struggling to grip things properly. Just gotta take it slow

I know I barely post anything here but that might change soon considering the state of things.

Spend a decent chunk of time converting a right handed Shining Aegis for one of my Keepers of secrets only for the latest balance dataslate to make it completely worthless 😑 good job I has a spare ritual knife I could also convert to a right handed one

Took nearly 2 whole days but I got my first Emperors Children model painted ready for the codex. This was both a practice of a new and improved colour scheme for the upcoming codex. Will be painting Fulgrim in the others in a similar style but patterns and colour placement will be randomised

Been a while since I painted anything but tomorrow I’m going to attempt painting some Hormagaunts and then maybe a Lictor based on the Space Marine 2 Leviathan colour scheme. I quite like how the claws are the same colour as the carapace but have red tips. Photo mode is great for reference pics.

Hey AoS community, I’m new to AoS (less than a week) and I’m still trying to wrap my head around a few things… I think I understand most of the differences between 40K and AoS but the main thing I’m not 100% sure on at the moment is Spell Lores and how I’m supposed to choose them. Any tips?

Oh btw, when Emperors Children release next year you can 100% expect I will be buying a 2000 point army and painting them like this (but better because I painted this model a long time ago and I’ve improved)
