Played DOOM: The Dark Ages.

The shield is *so* cool. Such a great addition to the gameplay formula. I loved frantically searching for random green lights to parry.

Going a little deeper on the production with cutscenes was a great look. Fantastic game.

Finished a replay of Gears of War 2

Still SO excellent. Xcloud streaming on my smart TV had the graphics looking better than ever but there were a couple weird bugs (loading in floating 5 metres in the air) which I don’t remember on original hardware.

Love this series.

I laughed so much. It made me feel things. I scrutinized over some choices VERY heavily. I couldn’t wait for new episodes every Wednesday.

The actual dispatching was awesome and I wish there was more.

I’m just trying to understand how it makes sense. Like.. I had heard of people being like “teehee exclusive Riot skins” but I thought expensive meant like… $10 for a REALLY sick one.

Why are the basic SINGLE skins $30 😭😭😭 who am I flexing on and why am I flexing on them 😭😭😭

Played Marvel's Midnight Suns.

Enjoyed this WAY more than I expected to. Really cool to chill with the heroes in their downtime, the strategy gameplay was a ton of fun with how it made you think about the environment, the cutscenes had some production value behind them.

Idk if crunch was worse back then than it is now, so maybe that factors in, but yeah.
