I think compiling a document going into the ins and outs of everything bad about it. How it doesnt help, etc
And just direct messaging them is a better solution.

I turned it off and on, I downloaded updates across the board, checked the file integrity on obs, and then some
It is my isp throttling us. We pay $90 for 1gb down and 50 mb up, and we are getting kilobytes across the board.
