All invited to projects SPES & ToBe Research joint Final Conference in Bruxelles.
Over the past three years, the projects have generated #novelframeworks, #tools, and evidence, bridging the gap between #productivity, #environmentalsustainability, and #socialfairness.

In a couple years time @ec.europa.eu priorities shifted from going #BeyondGrowth towards a new concept of Competitiveness.
To keep focus and efforts on #sustainabletransitions we need:
1. Integrated research

3. Integrated narrative

The workshop that gathered experts, policymakers, and civil society leaders in Brussels to discuss the social impacts of #carbonpricing and the #energytransition provided invaluable insights into the challenges, enablers, and #policies needed to ensure a fair and just transition for all!

Curious about #CBAM role in shaping European #greentransition? SPES partners from @eui-eu.bsky.social organised a workshop on January 21st at 11.00am CET to explore the impact on EU industries, especially in energy-intensive sectors and discuss strategies to maintain competitiveness. DM for info!

2° SPES Policy Dialogue on Synergies and trade-offs of the sustainable transition on 29.11.2024 at Hungarian Parliament.
The Policy Dialogue will focus on the key role played by Environment and Sustainable Development Advisory Councils in several European countries for integrated policy-making.
