Also a lot of 98IV are functionally Hundos when they're in Raids, battles etc. The only place I could see it being problematic is in GBL.

Choose one that's not as easy to get another one of, and that one should have only one stat that would need to be improved to make it 100IV. Generally you'd want to pick something like a Mythical, Legendary, GMax etc.

Those bonuses only accelerate reaching your max limit for particles. After that you gotta pay up. This is eeevee, they spawn all year, everywhere, all the time; They're not worth 400 Max Particles a piece.
