I didn't even know there was a color of the year until today and what a bland disappointment finding what out next year's is

We could have had such a pretty color but no Pantone decided white was the color for 2026. Oh wait, excuse me, not white but CLOUD DANCER. Fuck Pantone. It's time to escape the neutral color hellscape

I'll read it next after I finish up my current book! I still need to get my hands on the book with Joscelin's point of view too

The most divisive couple if ever there was among fans 😂

I'm not opposed to romance but if it's going to be there then I want it to be well written and interesting while being woven into the plot instead of consuming it

They have a lot of depth and I love the fraught nature of what they share together. It's interesting reading them together. I still need to read the third one so I can only speak of what I've read in the first two

I don't consider those to be romantasy since the romance isn't incredibly heavy in them and even the sex isn't an absurd amount. They're far more of a fantasy drama to me dealing with in world politics more than anything else. That said I do love Phedre and Joscelin's relationship.

Exactly. We get a five line blurb about the plot which is also all the same basic flavor then it immediately jumps to talking about the characters and how they're forced to work together even though they hate each other but then passions begin to stir and they fall madly in love while the plot dies

Every time I turn around it feels like ten more have been published and all of them follow the same tropes. I'm so sick of seeing enemies to lovers and as much as I'm sick of the mindset that it's a prerequisite these books have to have spice to be worth anything

Oh hell YES. I didn't know they were making a sequel. I love Ready Or Not

The reward IS immunity. Why are they getting something extra when they've never done that before and did nothing to earn it
December 2, 2025 at 2:08 AM
This season is awful and I hate how they're trying to force drama. The judges aren't judging they're just being flat out mean in some instances. Forcing the losing team to pick who gets kicked off was unnecessarily cruel. I'm really irritated the winning team got an extra reward this episode.
