If it is of any help... bodys are a LOT more resilient than they let on. It takes a LOT to get them fucked up, so you are very safe from just dying. (Especially because you are somewhat active due to using a bike)

I usually call it that because I don't notice how I got launched into an extreme state and end up confused over how this happened.
