Choosing from 900+ is tough, some just have so much sentimental value, but if i was to pick one, despite it being rather generic in terms of Dirge, it would be his spectator shot.
It's classic d&d, i can imagine it as a MTG card. I love how the colour directs the motion!

He did come to tolerate being touched over the course of his adventure, hugging Halsin at the party was the first time the party had seen anyone other than Astarion touch him publicly - which Karlach & Wyll found pretty promising since they hadn't seen the Bhaalspawn since the docks.

Dirge & Astarion hold hands in public pretty frequently, though he can't quite remember how it started, he now gets a little anxious when they don't and actively reaches for him- it's a tell-tale sign that there's trouble if Dirge hesitates. +
