Thanks! I haven’t done extensive research on dyes but from my personal experience with out kids it seems basically obvious that when they get foods with dyes their behavior is noticeably different. But I totally acknowledge that this may be confirmation bias or something similar.

Do you think it’s possible that even though a lot of what he says is crazy and won’t help that maybe some of the things like getting dyes out of food may help people? And we should hope that the checks and balances work.
