And 2nd hurdle: because of the UV maps of the original model, the color for the nails and paw pads are linked, and same for the fur on the model's cheeks and inner ear. The fix was making a pair of textures for the pads and tuffs, taking 2 screenshots, and comping both together.

The bandana was the 1st hurdle. I'm no true 3D modeler, so I had to find something off of the workshop. I found a bandana that is meant to be worn over the face, so that's why it seems kinda short around the neck. It doesn't look terrible, but I still wish I had something nicer.

I'm so happy that I got Super Depth of Field working for this to mimic the source image. I am literally drooling at how good it looks! :D

And as a mental note: I think I'm going to stop beating myself up over not putting out anything for long periods of time. I'm making stuff in GMod 'cause it's fun and not because I'm a content factory—I think you get what I mean.

After moving over state lines, I am finally comfortable with my current living situation. I'm hoping my improved mood will drive me to continue making GMod posters more regularly. Also made an alt version with less clothes, because why not?
