You know what's harder than admitting defeat? Acknowledging that this isn't actually defeat. It's wisdom. Instead of weekly content, I'm pivoting to quarterly releases. Quality over quantity. Sustainability over burnout.

But here's the raw truth: I'm drowning. Between 13-hour workdays, 4-5 hours of sleep, and juggling five professional commitments, something had to give. The metrics aren't justifying the effort, and I'm dancing dangerously close to burnout territory (been there once, never again).
