been fuckin around with my shift meal the past few days and I think I hit on something really good

nopales, pico de gallo, soy sauce marinated jalapeños, and spinach sauteed in garlic oil, tossed with rice, topped with Cajun seasoned diced fish, chipotle mayo, cilantro, and lemon 🍜
the dish I described in the post served in a white bowl, it's a mix of greens with white rice showing from below and reddish fish chunks under the cilantro, with a grilled lemon on the side to squeeze over it, sitting on a steel countertop next to a cutting board
