finally in the 1%

It is a hard game but if you put the time in you will ascend.

Right now i am tied with two other players with 14 ascensions for the month, but i think they will both end up pulling ahead of me soon.

There is always someone better. 20% is really impressive, most people can't do that, be proud of that!

wow congrats! And yeah the divination spells are by far the best. Don't sleep on light, detect unseen, or detect monsters either!

Castle wand nice. Are you playing as a human? Dwarven archeologists can be beefy. So much fun to pretend you are Indiana Jones, but also a dwarf.

I actually like that everyone does it for the love of the game and there is no professional league.

PS you don't need to be good at nethack to participate, there are lots of achievements and things for people of all skill levels.

I enjoy the ascii colors and am more of a purple & jump scare guy but to each their own.
