The pendulum always swings back. I expect the backlash to Trump/Maga will be keeping the Constitution more sacrosanct, with more safeguards put into place. First we have to survive this ridiculous admin. 😎👊

Finance Dino here-short answer maybe. As chair of FNMA he would have access to the loan docs. However, passing that info outside of the lender would be illegal, especially if they are not legally pursuing a violation of the mortgage. He can claim it, but it is absolutely flimsy, easily proven wrong.
