I'm thankful for the cardiac team at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena for finding and repairing what should have been a deadly congenital heart defect. One year later, I'm nearly recovered ❤️.

We've gotten 1 yrs worth of rain in less than a week in SoCal, giving us a bumper crop of these "fairy ring" mushrooms. Supposedly, they're edible, but I'm not taking chances.
