Today SCOTUS did the right thing by denying review of a case that sought to challenge the freedom to marry for same-sex couples. It’s a major relief – and also perfectly in line with where we are as a country: Marriage equality has been the law of the land for 10 years.

There are no LGBTQIA+ rights without the I. Intersex people, born with variations in their sex
