A troop of 30 monkeys visited me on Christmas.
Not sure why they came, what they wanted, or what it meant. Our brief encounter was delightful and frightening, until the kid next door lit a cackle of firecrackers to shoo them away—apparently the proper way to get drunken monkeys to leave.
