After playing it I genuinely have no idea why the heroes aren't just customizable classes. The game doesn't rely on instant visual recognition like OW/MR and the heroes themselves are EXTREMELY bland. I'd think they'd make more money selling mmo style armor kits for player created characters.

I mean people been saying the show was decent tbh. I did like what they were going for in the first episode as a transition from the dark gritty "nu-trek" back into hopeful utopic stuff but it does make those first 20 minutes are hard recommend.
