It absolutely does. By the time someone reaches their Saturn return, they stop experiencing time as open-ended and start to recognizing structure, limits, and consequences. It's when the nodal story becomes discernible. In my sections on Saturn I refer to returns as the “You Are Here” moment. lol

I am hearing more and more often about how this is true for a lot of people, the timing and the understanding.
