Me, seducing a very shy Chihuahua. This shows the point where she felt safe enough to look me in the eye. If you know dogs, this was a turning point for her. Her mom adopted one of the pups from a rescued street dog, who is now part of my pack.

I live in Costa Rica and we are dreading this. I am convinced 45.5 is picking a fight he can win with an opponent that isn't a threat to US for evil reasons. This will destabilize the region, like the MidEast, and accomplish zero. There are no big cartels in Venezuela, FFS. They're in Mexico, etc.

I got five. All rescues. Three zaguates, that's 'mutt' in Costa Rican, and two retired breeders I rescued from the US.

There is a % of the population that despises anything they deem 'weak' (like compassion, or women) and will vote for fascism. And there are the free market idiots who don't understand that finite resources constrain us all, and failing to rein in corporations lead to decimation of the planet.
