We drove into the city this morning so the kids could hangout with friends at the lagoon.

So far, three separate bin chickens have tried to nip at my toes.

I'm starting to develop a complex about my toes looking like grubs. 😅

A couple of folks can no longer make it tonight (see?! Adults are harder to herd than cats 😅), so we're keeping Last Night on Earth for next week and playing some smaller games tonight instead - starting with Forbidden Island.

Another parent mentioned that their child had started menstruating and it dawned on me that we haven't made our guest bathroom a period positive space yet so I'm planning on rectifying that this week.
