Err huh … seems to follow PTV’s trend of putting effort in to get 90% of the way there but not the whole way there

Rather than charging a fee, thoughts on implementing something like Opal’s Park&Ride feature (free parking if u take PT?) - I understand it would probably only impact the car parks where non-commuters take the spots (ahem, Box Hill)
