While tabling for the Canine Brains Project today, I timed some dogs doing the task. Hades, a GSD, was the quickest, with a time of 3.8 seconds!

A fun little scent detection task you can do with your dog is the muffin tin game. Fill a muffin tin with tennis balls and hide a treat under one of them. See how long it takes your dog to find and access the treat!
