You got it. Honestly, keeping other people involved and letting them know what’s up is probably the best mental advice I can give. Keep the fam involved to help lift you out of the funk, tag them in then apologize when you snip at them. Fingers crossed it goes as smooth as possible for you.

You also may want to tell people that you interact with frequently (that you trust) that you’re tapering. I was very down and also very easily irritable and snapped more than I wanted to. Sleep sucked. Give yourself a break.

Ngl my taper took a month and it was brutal. My advice is just do what the day gives you. If you need to rest, rest. Try to get an easy walk in when you feel up to it. Not sure your tolerance, but I was incredibly sweaty and dealt with a lot of cramping. Keep some electrolyte drinks around.

I'll sit and watch most of an AEW show with the kids, if only to see Toni Storm, but between *this company* and the boring matches, I've been given permission to skip everything but the Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania.

Easy for me, personally. I'm watching sportsball. But I hear my kids watching it in the next room and I know that a lot of people here going to watch it, so I might as well make an appeal to watch this shit in the most ethical way possible -- thievery.
