Of course not! Even if someone was all in my face about ai, the most id do is block them. I could not possibly think of bullying someone who uses ai in such a minor way, though i would try to talk them out of it.

Many moons ago, i think gen ai had been acceptable as a ref, but nowadays, i and alot of people just dislike ai too much for that. Besides, if ai can generate it, either it means that ref pics do exist, or that the ai is making shit up.
