The doomer accusation is very funny, with the amount of doomer PR that OpenAI and Anthropic do. I think Jensen has done some too.

Because it looks terrible for Democrats to be voting for this with what’s happening right now. People are freezing their asses off in Minnesota to protect their neighbors and these assholes can’t be bothered to vote no. It makes the party look weak and not unified.

He should have whipped the votes anyway. It’s despicable for Democrats to be voting for this. It would be one thing if he couldn’t control his caucus, but he didn’t even try.

Too bad that we have no choice but to cool these data centers we need for AI Innovation.
