I was recently invited to a workshop on how to let AI write grants for nonprofits. I did not attend and several days later got an email from a grant org that said, basically “don’t do that, we will reject you” and the people in my circle are like “nah, use it anyway.”

Just do what you can. I had zero immunity and got updated. Grew up moving around a lot and parents never had money for doctors. Glad I checked. Pharmacist said she’d have given me the jab even if I hadn’t had the titer

Parent of a teen artists: they always need more sketch books, watercolor paper, and canvases. Always. Every day. You can’t go wrong with supplies wrapped up like a pretty little package of goodies.

I’ve told everyone o know, until you see her making actionable changes , more than words but actual votes, actual apologies, actual boots on the ground work, you don’t get to wash her clean. And even if she DID those things. We do not have to forgive the years of damage she has contributed to

I wanna see her make some huge changes with her votes and actions then we can chat. Until then, yes good start admitting you’re wrong, but the fucking harm is done.

I was listening to a BBC broadcast and they had some clips of Dick Cheney and I thought about how I’d never heard a more non-accented pattern of speech in my life and now I have to know if this was a thing he trained to do and what it means because accents are linguistic layers of paint on our pasts

Blue no matter who (except for you) is what we call it out where I live. The local dems will rally behind anyone they view as “palatable” but if you even hint at anything that upsets the status quo, they panic if you say you’re considering a run.
