The one place I can be sure of finding them is at the Franklin Park Conservatory/Botanical Gardens .... they grow between bricks in walkways.

Oh, trust me .... some builders do think they know all there is about the entire mortgage process. I know from my own professional experience

1. a large percentage of them live in older, substandard housing (often older trailer parks), and share their space with extended family or other immigrants.
2. They are key to the construction industry and solving the housing crisis.
3. I would say that short term rentals are a bigger problem

That might work, but my impression is that base jumpers are often on the lawless side. My cousin was involved in a rather spectacular airplane stunt that did not have proper permits. His cousin said they had them, but didn't. I think he lost his pilot's license for a year.

Not that I have anything against such sports. I have family who makes a living skydiving, and adjacent activities.
